Jipov Tech Solutions does not guarantee delivery times where delays are caused by such circumstances.

4. Revisions & Changes

Revisions are provided in accordance with the agreed project scope and revision terms.

  • Revisions must align with the original specifications

  • Requests that alter the scope, functionality, or requirements may be treated as new work and may incur additional charges

Any changes must be mutually agreed upon in writing.

  • Upon full payment, ownership rights to custom-developed deliverables are transferred to the client

  • Jipov Experts Academy retains ownership of any pre-existing tools, frameworks, templates, or proprietary systems used in the delivery

We reserve the right to reference completed work for portfolio, training, or promotional purposes, without disclosing confidential or sensitive client information.

We treat all client information and project details as confidential and will not disclose them to third parties except:
